5. Restrictions on the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information we have collected to a third party without your prior consent, except in cases set out in the Personal Information Protection Act, such as:
(1) If in accordance with laws and regulations
(2) If necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain your consent
(3) If particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the healthy rearing of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent
(4) If it is necessary to cooperate with a state organization, a local government, or a party that has been engaged by a state organization or local government to execute the affairs set out in laws and regulations and it is difficult to obtain your consent
